McAfee

Back in April or May of this year i purchased a McAfee Antivirus for one year at 49.99. It last until approximately mid July and than told me my subscription is running out. I called the 888 number and spoke with someone with a very thick accent ( Indian) . They put someone on the phone from tech support. They were circling all this stuff on my laptop then told me I have a serious of viruses and for $200 dollars they can clean it. When I asked about the McAfee I bought they told me " due to the viruses McAfee won't work". He kept pushing me to buy this $200 cleaner and I explained several times "I am going through a hardship and can't afford it". After trying several times to get me to put "Just a little money down" and again I told him I did not have any money he hung up in my face. (I swear) now I am open to anything getting in my laptop and out of $50 dollars. Every time I call I seem to get the same people so I hang up because it's useless. I paid for nothing and their attitude and behavior was totally unexpected. My cousin told me McAfee was good I should have went by my first choice NORTON which I have had before. So now what?
