Brawley Rite Aid Pharmacy.
The staff that is currently is running the pharmacy register and speaking to customer are very unprofessional and do not how to work in a professional matter under stress. My father was speaking to the lady at the register for the pharmacy and mentioned to my father that even though she was supposed to be helping, she mentioned that they were busy and couldn't explain the issue to my father of why they were charging my mother $100 plus dollars for medication that is has been on the market for several years and is generic. They currently have multiple profiles for her medication and always fail to check which one is correct or even merging profiles together like we have requested before. I asked for the pharmacy tech's name, Vinny the Pharmacist reports that he did not know how I was taking about and that all employees looked the same. We have had several unpleasant encounters with them, and it seems like the customer care is getting worse and worse each encounter. Our complaints have fallen on deaf ears in the past and nothing has improved. We are really disappointed in their communication skills and poor people skills.
