During my lunch at smash burger I was standing in line and an employee was being yelled at but her supervisor. She tried to walk away and the manager proceeded to follow her as she called her a [censored] the employee said please get out my face and the manager tried to snatch her phone while the employe was talking on it. The manager then proceeded to tell me and the other custodian line that she was sorry and they don't deal with ghetto black girls in this store. Management was very disrespectful and sent the employee home.
