On August 18, 2023, my daughter had an appointment at 0900 at Store ID # 0664 to have her brakes assessed and repaired. She dropped her car off at 0845; her car was not inspected until after 1100, 2 hours after her scheduled appointment time. After the inspection she was called around 1130 with an assessment of what needed to be completed. She agreed to the recommendations. She was told her car would be worked on and that she would receive a call when her car was completed.
My daughter is an extremely thoughtful and patient young lady, so she waited most of the day hoping that her car would be completed in a timely manner. Finally, around 1700 she called to ask when her car would be completed, noting that the store would be closing soon. She was told by Gary, that her car would be completed around 1800.
When she went to pick up her car, she asked what took so long and was told by Sal that it takes 6 hours to change the brakes on a car. Come on! Her car was in the garage for over 9 hours.
Sal and Gary apparently thought her question was a joke and laughed out loud with each other toward her (I was present and witnessed this interaction).
Extremely unprofessional behavior and service.
Desired outcome: Investigation of both Sal and Gary related to their unprofessional behavior toward young Hispanic females seeking service for their vehicles at their store. Absolute examples of racism, sexism, and reverse ageism.
