On 5/9/21 my boyfriend purchased a prime rib dinner. When he got home he saw the prime rib was mostly fat, it was not fit to even give to my pet. He called Boston Market #0510, the person that answered the phone was very rude asking my boyfriend what do you want me to do. Not getting a good result my Boyfriend asked to speak with manager. My Boyfriend was put on hold for more that 20 minutes he finally hung up. For $24.99 that he spent he could've gone to a nicer restaurant. He goes often to Boston Market, however with this experience he will not go again or tell his family to go. He is requesting a full refund. His name is George Ruiz [protected]
