In reference to store 4077 at 14466 Main St. Hesperia CA. The managers there Leslie, Richard are very rude to me, a lifelong customer. They refuse to give me a battery after they gave mine to someone who found that little slip I dropped and came and pick it up. If an ID had been shown to pick up a product that was entrusted with them, this would not have happened. Autozone is responsible for returning a product to the right customer. I have been a loyal customer for the more than 40 years of the company's opening and never had a problem. I would like to have my battery replace asap. It's causing a very inconvenient situation for me. It is my hope that we can ratify the situation be give me a battery replacement and moving forward with no animosity on anyone's part.
Desired outcome: Replacement of my battery. And suggest that stores ask for ID for any product left in their care as proof of ownership.
