Ive been going to Burger King for decades. Due to the declining nature of service and bad attitude i realized Burger Kings exexcutive management and Human resources has dicriminantly focused on hiring most of their employees of hispanic ethnic origin refering to individuals with origins in Spanish-speaking countries.
There are many other people from other ethnic backgrounds who would like jobs. Its quite obvious HR and executive management has failed to pu a plan in place to attract and hire employees at their restaurants serving food. Simply saying other ethnic groups do not apply is not acceptable, its discrimination. I suggest executive mangement and HR fix this system wide immediately.
Claimed loss: I left as a result of the following: bad attitudes from employees who argue, no name tags, unfamiliar how to enter a coupon code into orders and apparently would rather run off non hispanic or spanish speaking customers tham help them
Desired outcome: I suggest executive management and HR fix this discrimination hiring practice system wide immediately. Hiring Hispanic or all those originating from spanishing speaking countries to be the only ethnic group hired is discrimination.
