I waited 60 minutes in the drive thru line! Unacceptable !
"No Apology" Late From Lunch! I ordered Two HOT Grande Macchiato's with an Extra Shot !
Made hot forever sitting on the counter, handed to me cold !
I want a refund and $25
My hourly wage for 60 minutes, car idling. Rude!
