Guardsman - I am complaining about product and service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and Guardsman Warranty plan. I have had two previous claims that I submitted with pictures and both time I was decline because the items were not covered under the plan. I have a flyer that was provided to me when the purchase was made and both time the items were listed under covered. When I explained that to the representative both times they stated that the flyer was updated and that is no longer covered. I recently placed a new claim for my couch because when you sit down it started to sink in and you can hear a crack. A specialist called me on multiple time to schedule the visit, the first person I spoke with had my name and number correct but when he verified my address he had someone else address, I explaining to him that address was incorrect and he started giving me the other person information. I did not feel comfortable so I told him to give me his corporate number or have a supervisor call me, I then scheduled the appointment with the supervisor and explained why I wanted to speak with him instead of the other person and his only explanation was that they service a lot of people. The person called me to let me know he was going to be a little early from the time frame he had given me, so I told him I was 5 minutes away from home but my son was home and to please wait for me since he was earlier than expected. When I got home he was taking of in his vehicle, I asked my son what he did and he said he just took pictures of the couch and left (no questions asked). I try calling him back on the number he called but he didn't pick up so after a few attempts I left him a voicemail. After a few weeks I get an email that my claim was denied for normal wear and tear. I call the office to get information and the representative was rude and said we took picture and the spring and everything inside is good that's why it's normal wear and tear. I asked how do you know the springs and the inside is good and how he took pictures of the inside of the couch and if I could see the picture. She said no and there is nothing they can do. So now I'm stuck with a couch that will break once someone sits wrong on it.
