On september 10, my friend and I stayed in monterey marriott hotel in two separate rooms and used two cards to pay the bill. However, they deducted all the billing on my bank card without my permission. So I begin to call the hotel for explaination since sep16, but the accountant seldom answer my call. I also emailed them since sep16 and even now I didn't get the reply. Yesterday they told me they would call my friend, and return my money. But today I don't get any answer for feedback. So I called again and left my information. But I still got nothing so far!
