I was a loyal customer for years (Company changed from Thrifty's to Rite Aid). Rite Aid changed their operating rules and stopped ordering outside their Formulary listed medication brands. I wear a certain brand pain patch that I have worn for 15+ years for chronic pain. I have had several other brands filled & the material the patch is made from does not adhere to the body for 3 days as prescribed & you cannot get replacement if defective because they are a (Controlled Substance / Fed. regulated medication) I was required to transfer all my records & fill with Walgreens only. I receive poor, literally the worst service in every area there I will be doing Walgreens right after this is complete. I had such fantastic service at Rite Aid, They would catch & address prescription errors, question dosage changes if it was questionable for any reason (A+) never take more than 3/4 days to get out of stock filled. Always kept up & reminded me of my flu & other shots... I have suffered since leaving their service & no deal with short pharmacy hours, poor C. Service, received early &scheduled medications not being filled for weeks unless called. Visits to hospital for withdrawals because pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock for my fill every 30 days for 2+ years... I had to wait 5 days... I am 64yrs.!
Desired outcome: Order brands used out side their ( cheaper version) Formulary list! For medical reasons/ side effects. ( Mylan)
