I have complained to management on multiple occasions over the last 2 weeks about the family above us always stomping on the floor and waking my family up at all hours of the night. They have overflowed their bathtub wich leaked into our room and I have missed work because I slept through the alarm because I don't get anywhere near enough sleep anymore. I have been here for months and have managed to pay my bill every month despite the pandemic that has engulfed this nation and don't think it is fair that management refuses to do anything about the problem. Managements response is that they have six kids up there and they have had complaints about my kids too, even though in 5 months this was the 1st I heard of this. I don't think it is fair for me to pay the high amount I have to pay to be treated so unfairly
