The fabric on my lazy boy is pilling. I was told by their customer service that this is 'normal' and they would not take care of any servcie. I can not believe that a $650 chair is fine to pill! Their warranty is absurd! I can't believe that in these economic times, the level of service is so POOR!
Someone should review LazyBoy complaints and start a boycott!

We bought a sofa set in 2006 for about $5000. The fabric is pilling and Lazy Boy has said that this is normal and not fixable (even though we purchased an additional warrantee). We have treated the set very well and took care of it as directed. The saleswoman indicated that this was the strongest material that they sold (go figure).
Buyer beware (do not get the additional coverage).
we purchased 2 lift chairs at the same time waranty for three years
we have continually had trouble with them i don't believe wauranty
has run out on them, but the store told us that they were not a lazy
boy dealer anymore so they could not help us anymore.
we paid $1700.00 dollars a piece for them and i would think someone
would could be reponsible to repair or replace.
