March 9th 2016 11:30om I had the worst experience with trendsgal this company and will not refer anyone to this website. I ordered 1 week ago and understand shipping takes 5-10 business days which is fine. I call and speak to a male representive who did not speak English well and he wanted to verify my information and kept asking for my Order number when I had to reiterate myself over and over I have not received it. I give him my email address and he was asking for my debit card at this point i felt uncomfortable giving to him, so I told him I don't not have it in my possession. Bottom line I'm venting here, and do you know he was telling me he can't find my Order in otherwise telling me I did not pay I know I paid for sure that night I transferred money into a secure account from my savings to checking with Wells Fargo just to make that purchase. I
Called my bank today and my option is to file a claim to get a refuwow what a headache and the representative told me thier was no manager and he could not take my name or number to get a return phone call. Oh and at the end of the conversation he told me I need to corporate and send an email, where was the customer service.
Do not let the cute clothes fool you
