I am currently a life time member of this gym since 2011. I decided to sign up for a personal trainer May 2019. Since my sessions have begun the trainer assigned to me has either cancelled or was a no show with out a call on many many occasions. Every time I would schedule a session for that week I would attend one and the other 2 were either a no show while I was waiting at the gym or a cancellation from the trainer. 3 months of sessions has already been paid 972.00 of my money for training session paid and I could never complete a week of training. I decided to cancel any remaining payments for any more sessions. I signed a cancel notice June 24 2018 and was advised due to my inconvenience they would try and put a rush so the next month would not be debited. I was to receive an email and call which never happened. Once I noticed it was trying to debit my account I cancelled. All I want is to complete the remaining sessions I already paid for. I was told I was not able to reverse the current pending charge and it will remain due even thou I have not started those sessions. As patient as I have been and as disrespectful to my time and unprofessional the trainer was I refuse to pay for any more sessions. I was finally changed to a different trainer whom its very professional. I want to complete my paid sessions and be done. Please contact me as soon as possible.
