I have been a customer of Goodyear for over 10 ten years, for the most part we have been satisfied. In 2011 my Nissan Murano needed a new battery and Goodyear installed a 5yr warrany excellent battery. We average 1000 miles per month, but 21 months later the battery died 2x's causing me to call roadside for a jump. After the second time I brought it into the Goodyear store in Rocklin, they found the battery was indeed dead. After an hour and half wait I was told I had to pay a pro-rated amount of $40 for a replacement battery. I was very perturbed, how a 5yr battery that you sold me 21 months ago could be dead. He said the warrany is only for one year, the cost is still $40. I am surprised and disappointed at the way Goodyear conducts business, I am a business man and would never treat my loyal customers this way. Good year has lost a valuable customer over a $40 fee.
