Hello, yesterday we went to the Olive Garden, Montebello Towncenter in Rosemead CA for dinner to celebrate my sisters birthday, which it got ruined with your bad service. We all had an awful experience, party of 5, someone from my party walked out upset and hungry before receiving our dinner plate. Our first waitress Genesis took a while to get our drink order, we place an appetizer and our plate order. Apparently she went home and didn't tell the second waitress Destiny that she didn't place our order, we waited more than an hour, then our waitress came over to ask what we all had ordered, we thought oh she's checking on our order. In front of us there was a big group, that came half an hour later after us and they received their food. At that point, we realized that the first waitress never put in our order. My brother in law walked out upset and did not want to eat anymore. The waitress was avoiding us, after we stopped her she explained that there was a miscommunication between her and the first waitress that just left home. The manager Julian came over, heard us and then he said I will be back, he came back after we had finished our meal. I believe he did not solve anything, it would of been nice to receive a discount, all he offered was an appetizer or desert. This is unacceptable and poor service that you offer to loyal customers. We been loyal to your company, my family and I will take our service somewhere will they will appreciate our business. The first waitress Genesis should be reprehended.
