I recently joined 24 hour fitness at 1314 Fulton Ave, Sacramento CA. I joined to have access to the lap pool. I didn’t tour the gym first. That was a huge mistake. I went to the gym to swim a couple of days later and womens locker room was a filthy mess. It wasn’t sanitary at all and many of the toilet stalls where out of order, the showers and floors inside shower area were gross. The sink area and overall appearance was disgusting. I couldn’t bring myself to undress, shower, or swim there. I felt it was not only gross but unsafe. I don’t know what to do as I paid for an entire year when I enrolled. I can’t go in that gym with it being in such horrible conditions. I clearly made a mistake in joining that gym. What can I do? I was a member of 24 fitness years ago when I lived in Nevada and the gyms were always clean and in good working order. Maybe that’s why I didn’t take a tour of this gym before joking, plus it is only .25 miles from my house. Help!
Desired outcome: DEEP CLEAN AREA DAILY and keep it clean and sanitized hourly throughout the day.
