To whom it may concern,
I am a loyalty Starbucks customer since 2014 and remained as Gold member (My card 2081) eversince. I enjoyed the setting and good vibes from most of the stores that I went to. Unfortunately, I had a very bad customer services from one of the local Starbucks store that located at Elk Grove, CA. Yesterday, it was my birthday and ordered a drink from the apps around 18:30 on December 01. I came to pick up my drink and saw the barista finished prepare it. So I acknowledged him by telling my name and pick up my order.
He placed my order down, and ask me to wait. At the same, he turned around and prepare another drink for a different customer. Until he finished serving other customer after 5 minutes later, then he handed me my order. I pick up the drink and looked at the label to confirm my order. Then he said, Aren't you Kelvin? Obviously, he acknowledged that I was here to pick up my order and make me to wait for additional minutes to prioritize his favorite customer or discrimated due to my ethnicity. He was ruined my birthday, and misrepresented his employment at Starbucks. This is my first time writting a review to the restaurant corporation.
