On July 28, 2023 I went to McDonald's Restaurant #5480 and ordered 2 Filet of Fish sandwiches. I asked for extra Tartar Sauce because usually the sandwich is dry with only small amount of Tartar Sauce. After paying my bill, I noticed they charged me .40 cents for each Fish Sandwich for the extra Tartar Sauce. Upon receiving my order I asked to speak to the manager. I asked her about the added .40 cents per sandwich for the extra Tartar Sauce. She said that's right we charge .40 cents for extra Tartar Sauce. I wasn't told about this added price. So I asked her if I asked for extra mustard would their be a charge, she said no. I asked her if I asked for extra ketchup would their be a charge, she said no. I then asked her if I asked for extra pickle would their be an added charge, she said no. I told her she needs to announce added charges to customers in these situations, but come on, a small amount of Tartar sauce? I just grabbed my sandwiches and left the Restaurant.
Desired outcome: I will leave that to Corporate to solve.
