Tophatter - Purchases going to wrong address on purpose

I have had over 10 items go to the wrong address on purpose only to be resold by someone else..
There is no way to contact the seller. When confronting Tophatter and about this issue they refund me but give me no options to get the items that I purchased.. it is becoming more evident that this company is knowingly supporting mail fraud. I do not trust that the remaining items I have purchased will make it to my house

Attached is my most recent photo proof, I've been studying this Tophatter junk for sale platform and I have gathered TONS of proof and I know what your saying to be FACT. I'm planning on gathering a few more months worth of evidences and post them to all complaint and rippoff warning sites I can come across. I'm so sick of this ongoing experiment with these seller type criminals. Seems like they can get away with stealing from buyers or making them wait over 3 months to recoup their losses. WOW, I wish I could go on and on about them. I'm ready! Let's battle TOPHATTER:( every single item said delivered and every single time in a year and a half going on two now...the courier is the Hua Han (code enough) so mail fraud?! OH YEA ALLLLL DAY AND ALL NIGHT and three quarters of the so called stores or sellers are straight up criminals. I have pages on top of pages like the one attached. NO ONE TO GIVE IT A LOOK AND GET SOMETHING DONE TO PROTECT THE COUNTRIES THEY REACH OR THE BUYERS they rippoff:( I'm coming for these turds!
By the way...I'm pretty sure this site has been bankrupted or sold just to change the name and start al over again until caught! NICE

Tophatter - Charge on account

A payment was taken out of my account on nov 2 this year but there is no order number at all. Have tried to contact them exactly 15 times with no response I need help. The only thing I can do is to cancel my card and report fraud which I really dont want to do. I have tried to contact them by phone but there is not any line to reach. I dont know where to go or who to call

Tophatter - Charged twice for same batch

On 11/09/2020 Tophatter took money out of my bank account twice for same batch (#3013306 8885025501CA) in the amount of 103.09.
I have emailed them and no response aft 3 days.. I have since tried to contact them via email again, with no response still! There is no phone number to call for customer service! This is ridiculous...
I would like the money returned into my bank account.

Tophatter - Locked out of my account

My issue is with Tophatter.com which is a 'bidding website' and unfortunately I tried it out and was addicted immediately, and I spent more money than planned. I did bid for items and ordered many things. Initally, I never had to log in, as it took me right to my account.

After 5 weeks bidding I opened the app, and I was asked for my password, which I entered multiple times and I know it was the right one, but I had to click 'forgot password' and a link to reset password would be sent to my email yet it never comes, I tried this step many times in the last week with all disappointing results, I also searched everywhere for a way to contact them and did find one, [protected]@tophatter.com so I sent an email, stating my issues, and still no response. There is really something wrong with the company.

Now I am getting pretty scared as I am disabled and have to be housebound from the start of pandemic. Just a few days ago, I started a new account so I could email them 'contact us', there was just no other way to contact them. I did get a response right away, but all it was showing how to get info on the bidding site. I am really getting frustrated, scared and anxious, especially since I have many items I'm waiting to get status on as they are all paid for.

I would appreciate your help in any way.
