This company has my home listed as sold, listing a price and picture of home and view of block. The information is false, my home has not been sold, and I sent and email asking them to remove this immediately. I was able to email at: [protected]@truila.com. Could you pleas assist me in making sure this is removed.

I have NEVER written a bad review! But, Worst costumer service from "Alex"[protected]) number from Trulia I have ever experienced from any company Ever! He Refused to answer any of my questions or give me a real estate agent name or phone number to buy a home listed that I was calling about. Would not give his mangers/ supervisors' name when I asked, after being completely frustrated from several attempts to get listing information. He just responded by telling me " your best bet would be to contact Zillow" ! ? I felt like I was intruding on his day instead of calling to get valuable information! BBB is my next step... also another first for me to do. Ugh!
Also, FYI, my rating for my experience with TRULIA and "Alex", who assisted me is a minus zero satisfaction since there was not an opportunity available to post my rating.
