To start off, my name is Dejon Bennett I currently reside in Stockton, CA Im a single Father, Combat Veteran and Student with that being said I do suffer from PTSD, Depression and Anxiety I had opened an account with nets pend because it was the only option available for me . I've used them since then and never had one issue until now. They've locked my account during an apocalyptic pandemic/epidemic that is threatening mankind's very existence for what they claim fraudulent behavior . The only thing hold up here is my social security card is damaged. Its been days im starving my son and Aunt need supplies and this is madness Im so upset im damn near suicidal "so thankyou for fighting for those who have fought to keep you safe ." Been put on hold and hung up on for days.

NetSpend - Netspend Dispute Department improper decision
On 09/30/2019 Clifton Coats was hospitalized out of state from his home town due to a severe fall. Mr. Coats remained hospitalized and in-house rehab until 02/18/2020. During the time of being confined to the hospital his job and other businesses had continue to deposit funds to his Netspend All-Access prepaid debit card. Those funds was stolen from Mr.Coats accounts. Mr. Coats filed a dispute with Netspend Dispute department and included the discharge summary from the hospital, a police report, Federal Trade Commission report, Netspend Unauthorized Dispute document and other relevant information. The dispute department closed the claim due to no error found on 02/20/2020. The dispute department reason of account closure is as follow ""The PIN transactions being disputed are consistent with your previous account activity, such as the merchants shopped and their physical locations. Additionally, our records show that the PIN was not changed prior to the period of unauthorized usage."" We are certain that the card was compromised by a possible relative or associate that lived in the same area and was knowledgeable of Mr.Coats whereabouts, So it likely that the card was utilize at the same merchants where Mr. Coats previously shopped but that shouldn't disqualify the charges from being unauthorized. Mr.Coats is requesting the claim investigation to be reopened and he receive his provisional credit as scheduled by March 4, 2020.
