Sprint - terrible customer service

It is a shame we have come to a day and age where third party companies can sell using branded company names to deceive customers. I went to Main Place Mall in Santa Ana to shop and found myself come across a Sprint location. The kiosk was labeled as Sprint only and did not have any type of signage as being an authorized agent for Sprint. I was promised by the gentlemen Patrick there and the owner who's business card I took with me to file this complaint (Benjamin Levine); that this was a Sprint Corporate location. I did not feel secure dealing with this gentlemen due to the fact he was offering me Corporate Discounts for Sprint services that I am not eligible for. I am currently a loyal Sprint customer; but am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this store. The owner himself was frustrated once I did not give him my social security number to sign up. I told him I did not have a social security number due to the fact I did not trust him. Finally I was told that's fine I will just sign you up; you do not need anything "I will take care of it". I was almost shocked at how this owner of this Sprint Authorized dealer which I later came to learn will sign me up for service without a social security card. When I did not agree to sign up he became furious and told me "I am not helping you anymore; I have done enough". I am almost shocked at how this type of behavior can continue on; as I was about to leave he started arguing with another customer that was upset they have been lied to. I am positive this is not the first time this type of situation has came up. Please look into this; it is sad to see misrepresentation of a companies name and to deceive customers; this type of practice should have some immediate response.
