On Sunday April 18, 2021, I walked into the Goleta branch at about 5-6 o'clock pm to rent a room for a week and needed to use the restroom very bad and the front desk had a bitter attitude and said there wasn't a restroom for me to use, that they were only restrooms in the rooms. I couldnt move and he asked if that was all we needed and that we needed to leave now. He was very rude and snippy. I was finzlly able to get up from sitting down barely... He kept asking us to rent the room or we need to leave! We told him yes we wanted to rent the room and that we were waiting for my cousin to bring us more money. He then categorized us as not being a good fit with the hotel because he thought we didnt have any money? I take it very offensive the way he treated us and categorized us. I have never felt so humiliated in my life by anyone, let alone "professional front desk employees". Something needs to be done about this situation and that employee.
Desired outcome: I think he needs to be placed in a different position that best fits him where he doesnt need to deal with people or get him more training so he knows how to handle these kind of situations better.
