Continue to get crappy service because initially we were thinking about doing a trade in, but later decided not to do the trade in and wanted to purchase a second vehicle. But right now dealing with the call center reps are good, but the store where having issues with is the Stockton, ca store on E Hammer lane. Need some supervisors to get in touch with us so we can purchase a vehicle that has not been in accidents but they keep trying to sell us cars that's been in accidents and not reporting it properly. Also we've spoken to a Rep but she failed to get back to us after running our credit and never got back to us because the Carmax Finance Department saying we had to do a Trade in but were not trading our other vehicle whatsoever we've already gotten rid of that car and it's no longer in our possession. We just need to do a release of liability with DMV but don't want this to hold us up in purchasing a vehicle and the Carmax finance department is holding us up in regard to this Transaction, this need to be escalated to a General manager of Operations.
Desired outcome: to Speak with A General Manager of Operations so that we can get this transaction to go as smoothly as possible rather talking with folks that has no knowledge of what they are doing rather reading from a card.
