Rack Room Shoes

I would like to remain anonymous please. My complaint is about your manager Erica Luna from the Tulare outlet rack room shoes in Tulare CA. Everytime I have gone in there she is absolutely rude. Doe not greet and I see she leaves often during her business hours clocked in and goes out and about shopping at the outlets. She mistreats her workers and embarrasses them in front of customers.. she always looks angry and I have on several occasions told the workers to file complaints on her but are afraid to. I think that her position is definitely to much for her to handle. She makes customers feel uncomfortable while trying to shop there. I really think that she needs to be watched anonymous and I feel that you need to question all the workers there and keep the names of those that do complain anonymous. I know quite a few people that have worked there say they've pretty much been forced to quit either because she gives them about 8 hours a week so they can quit or mistreat them forcing them to quit. Out of a few Rack Room shoes I've shopped at the Tulare CA store is by far the worst one. Erica Luna is disrespectful and abusive and there has been times where she wreeks of alcohol.. She has a Facebook under Pete and Erica Luna she clearly drinks alot and complains about her job. I feel that in order to have a job like hers you need to have great people skills which she clearly doesn't have. I would appreciate it if something can be done it's unfair to all that work there and uncomfortable for us customers. This has me very angry and upset as well as others. Thank you for your time.
