Popflex Active / oGorgeous - I would like to get a refund.

I wanted the graphics and ordered from ogorgeous.com. I got a bag from them and they sent out quickly and with the prettiest details ever. I wanted to use it as a gift and then discovered that it was fake and made from the cheap material. I would like to get a refund.
