Rite Aid - Covid 19 shoot

My appointment was scheduled for 9/19/21 at 3:05pm. Pharmacist manager had gone to lunch and rite aid worker told me to wait 8 minutes while she returned. Pharmacist manager came back from lunch and ignored her appointments, she had a costumer before me who was scheduled at 3pm waiting including me. We waited for 55 minutes and she did not attend her appointments instead she was doing medication refills. When I called her out and asked if she was going to help us (me and the appointment before me) she gave me attitude and told me she was mixing the medication (COVID Shoot) when apparently it was obvious she was doing something else (medication refills). I asked the manager to provide me with the customer service number so I can file a complaint and she screamed at me with attitude and stated if I had any complaints we should tell her as she was the manager…. I asked her to cancel my appointment and that I would be filing a complaint on this rite aid online.

I ask myself with current pandemic and me exposing myself to go to a rite aid to get my 2nd Covid shoot how is this professional on rite aid? I don't think this is fair on any customer - isn't this the reason we scheduled appointments online so we can get attended on a timely fashion? Waiting 55 minutes and receiving attitude from the SoCal pharmacist "manager" is not profesional. This is the reason why people look else where when they need A. Medication B. Good customer service.

From now on I will be taking my business to CVS and will comment on this situation on YELP, no customer should be treated like this especially during a pandemic. Shame on the manager (she should go to customer service training)… People like this is the reason why customer goes elsewhere…

Desired outcome: None. Cancelled my appointment and rescheduled at my local CVS.
