Her name is Phedra the 76 gas station attendant made a mistake and gave me 20 dollare of somebody elses gas I only asked her for 10 dollars n gas I also bought a lighter and a soda she gave me change forgot to charge me the 10 dolllars for my gas. Then came up to me after I pumped it saying I never paid for my gas n I said I did pay for gas remember n u gave me my change back she said no she didn't I then pulled out the change that she gave me and counted it n realized she did not charge me $10 for the gas I asked for so I went to the register and paid her 10 dollars I asked for she says no u owe me w0 I said no I don't I asked for only 10 I don't have 20 or I would of put 20nin she her boss n tells him that I got 20nin gas but refused to pay for it which isn't true it was totally n completely her mistake yet she was trying to make it look luke I stole gas from her. So after I paid her the 10 dollars in owed her for the 10 I asked for she said it was ok n I was under the impression everything was fine so I left. Next thing I know I go to my house n there's a vista sheriff waiting out front of my house for me I pull in go in the house n he comes to my door. Called me out by my name I went out n he said we got a report u refused to pay for your gas at 76 station I said what no that isn't what happened I explained to him what exactly happened n told him it was her mistake n he said well u still owe them 10 dollars I said how I didnt ask them for 20 dollars in gas she made the mistake. N he said well just go pay it so she doesn't lose her job n into trouble I said if I owed them money all they had to do is tell me so not make me think everything was fine when I left then turn around and call the cops as if I stole something from them and make me look like a thief when I did nothing wrong the officer said I need to go pay it or he's gonna have to make a crime report n I said but I didn't commit any crime he said well she says u did. That is a damn lie I am so upset over this and being humiliated in of my neighbors and my family when I did nothing wrong it was completely 100% her mistake. When I went back to take the 10 dollars over there like the cop asked me to she wouldn't take it at first n then when she finally did she puts my money in her pocket n I ask her why aren't u putting it in the drawer n I would like a receipt as proof to show the police if they happen to come back she rudely refused to give me a receipt was yelling at me it was my fault nnthatvintedused to pay for my gas n that is a complete lie I never asked for 20 bucks in gas it was her mistake I was treated like a criminal because of her lies embarrassed in front of my family neighbors and people I didn't even know at the gas station at the time. I'm very very upset and angry over this I would like to speak to her superiors or soneone in corporate status. She is a rude lying individual and shouldn't be in a position of working with the public if she can't stay at a professional level and especially if she can't even own her own mistakes and treats your customers like she did me. Something needs to be done and said to her about her actions. I have no problem filing a lawsuit and getting my attorney involved over this. Just to prove a point. I was treated very unfairly and feel she needs to apologize and own her actions and mistake which caused me all this unnecessary drama and humiliation. I am disgusted to see that your company hires people like her with such low integrity and standards in professionalism or the way she treats customers. Honesty is obviously not one of her strong points n needs to be addressed before she does this to any other customers. I will not let this go until I am satisfied that she has been dealt with on a professional level by her supervisor or some one higher up from your company. I do not feel comfortable getting gas any longer at your station because of her I will be letting everyone know about this incident so they don't go experience the same bad experience I had to face. I feel she should be out of pocket in this I feel I had to pay for her mistakes and literally forced to pay for her wrongs she should have to learn her own lessons and pay her own wrongs. I didn't owe them 10 more dollars I never asked for. She is trying to sweep it under the rug and put all blame on me when she's the one behind the register she called the police n bold faced lied saying I refused to pay in beyond mad over this. I feel she owes me or your company owes me a refund of $10. That I had to pay that should of been her problem not mine. I had to borrow the 10 dollars to go pay it so there was no further embarrassment at my home with the police. Please contact me at your first convenience I will complain to to bbb bb or Who ever I have to if this isn't dealt with in a timely matter.
