When arrived long line/2 hour+ wait for Thanksgiving online orders. I cancelled, no food, still chg'd $54.26 - chk'd w/bank
Contacted bo via online contact email and called store more than once. Called 303-317-6900 and told no chg until food picked up - not true - my card was charged, chk'd w/ bank and no one to take my complaint seriously or resolve trouble. I want refund asap (same as you took my money) - $54.26 refund asap and no more delay - bo took my money and now I cannot get any service or response — - can't believe a national corporation does business this way! No thanksgiving food available at 630pm (when cancelled order 2+ hours after supposed to be ready) on the night before thanksgiving during the covid red restrictions - because your aurora store took too many orders and and did not know how to accommodate customers - and now you're advertising the same ‘service' for christmas. Bo has some major problems to solve. I want my refund asap - the same way you took my money. Btw, your 303-317-6909 number needs to know your policies and processes before sending my on a wild goose chase to my bank and then getting cut off when I called back. I did not get my order, supposedly cancelled - need refund asap - times are tough
