The Pep Boys - I want them to fix what they broke

On October 1st I took a ride to the store in my 2010 Gray Town & Country about 5miles when an alarm came on and the needle to the radiator hit the “H” I picked up food and headed home, on the way it did the same thing but I made it home. I called my neighbor who is knowledgeable about cars and he told me that it was a radiator hose busted and not to drive it. Since I had done business with Pepboys before and was happy with the service I called them with them telling me they had a tow service so I made a pick up ticket online and they towed it to the pepboys on 12820 E Mississippi Ave Aurora CO 80012. They called me on October 5th and I agreed to have them fix the car for $700 and picked up the car on October 7th with “NO” receipt given to me all that was said was that the printer was broke and it would be emailed (never received the receipt). On October 9th I had an appointment and started down the road when the check engine light came on and the car completely died out. I coasted to the curb and shut it off and waited a few minutes then restarted it and it came on so I immediately came home and called pepboys. After arguing with them I got them to comp me to have it towed back. Since the 9th I hadn’t heard nothing from them so I called on the October 12th with them telling me I had to pay $400 more. After arguing with them because I refused to pay more money was told to schedule a tow back to my house and they would comp me. I immediately tried to schedule it but the online form would not let me enter an address for drop off so I called them but this very rude lady kept telling me that they had nothing to do with the online form so I just hung up and hoped the tow company would ask them for the drop off address. I have heard nothing from them since. They still have my car to date. I am trying to find a way to have one of the used car places pick it up but since it’s not working I will not get the $4000 I was offered for it.

Desired outcome: and make sure that they didn’t swap out the new equipment I put on my car or give me the $4000 that I was supposed to get for it.
