McDonald's - health safety concerns

At approx. 6:45pm on 18 Feb 2020 I stopped at the McDonalds in Canon City. There was nobody in the drive thru and no customers waiting in the lobby. I ordered a #3 meal and waited. A health conscious person I pay attention to my food when it is being prepped. It was obvious making my food was not a priority as a young man was kind of fiddling with some food while the other person moved containers and cleaned her counter with a rag. I noticed she had sanitary food prep gloves on. When she was done with what she was doing she made my double quaterpounder as I watched. Sanitary gloves on and a cleaning rag in her hand, after moving containers, she made my sandwich. At that time I notified the person up front that I did not want that food and wanted my money back. The cashier asked why and I told her because that person made my food with unclean gloves and a cleaning rag in her hand. At that time the person in back who made the food yelled, in a very sarcastic manner, "Fine, because the customer is always right" and stormed up to the front of the counter area. At this time she very aggresiively stated that she did nothing wrong and made my burger with tongs, which she also unknowingly contaminated. At that point I said, "I saw you cleaning and with the rag in your hand making my sandwich". She said, "No I wasn't and the camera's will show this". I said, "I saw you - do you want to argue about this". Her response was, "Yes I do". At that point she restarted her excuses and I had heard enough and demanded my money back, having zero desire to eat there! Asked her name and she told me it was Kayla. She appeared to be the manager. I find it appalling that McDonalds stoops so low as to hire people with this much disregard for otheres as managers. I will note that all other emplyees seemed to enjoy her spectacle, obvious to all in the place. Does this person fly off the handle often? Is this person always in disregard of food prep saftey? Does this person usually appear to have the dirtiest uniform in the place? If so, probably not management material much less an example for other employees. What I would have expected to hear was, "I am sorry sir that it appeared I was not following proper food prep protocols and I would be happy to refund your money". That was not the case and I will assure you this establishment now falls into dirty and disgusting in my book. I will say, if my phone was not in my vehicle this would have been a great video on you tube showing how little this person cares about the customers that are the reason she has a job, as well as who McDonalds puts in charge.
