I placed an order on October 29, 2021 for three Santa Letters. The order confirmation email I received indicated the letters would be delivered Nov 15 - 19th. As of today (12-7-21) the letters have not been received by the recipients. I emailed the Company twice inquiring on the when the letters would be sent out however no response has been received. I called customer service today and was advised by their representative (Tina) that they were shipped November 1st. She advised it was necessary for me to wait until Friday (12-10-21) before Current could help me locate the letters.
Apparently there is no tracking available so it's necessary for me to wait before they investigate further. I stated to the representative that it shouldn't take 37 days for these letters to be received! It seems obvious to me the letters will not be delivered at this late date. I ordered these letters in plenty of time to insure the children received them only to find out they are missing and Current is unwilling to do anything about it! At this point a full refund is requested.
Desired outcome: Full refund
