My wife called in an order on 12-24-15 about 4:33pm so I can pick up the order and was told they were closing at 5pm. But they took the order and told her I would have to be there by 5pm, I show up about 2-4 minutes after 5pm to a locked door but I could see someone inside and I was trying to get their attention they would jus look at me and say they were closed. I understood that but I was giving them hand signals that the order was done by phone and I was just picking it up, after about 5 minutes I noticed they were just laughing at me like I did not understand they were closed. I got impatient and started going back to my car when one of the employees comes out and says are you Ramon I said yes, she said we have your order, told her I do not want it anymore said to come in and speak to Manager which I did at which time Manager did comp the food but I was not looking for free food, the employee were still being very unprofessional in front of the Managers one had to hold one back as if she was going to lunge at me. Got home and the food was so cold did not even eat it as I was very upset, as I dine at this location quite a bit and will think twice before I go there. I even purchase some gift cards for the holidays and hesitated to give them away. They could have just told my wife that the order could not have been made since it was so late and everyone was getting ready for the Holiday but to get this type of treatment it was very upsetting to say the least.
