WorldRemit - Money reviewing!

I have made over 12 transactions in a period of 2 weeks. Which total close to $13, 000.00, going to one person. But these two transactions have been held without an answer as to why; [protected] & [protected] for almost a week, but wont tell why. These are time sensitive transactions. I have sent $1500.00 after the other two were held and went through. What's messed up is they wont tell the recipient the reason nor i, why they are holding the money. We have spent over $500.00 in calling fees which we can't get back from worldremit, wasting time from customer service to answer our calls. Extremely expensiveto make calls from africa to eu or usa. They have us run round in circles. They would tell me to tell my girl friend to all them because the money is in her wallet account. For a week they just tell her give it 24hrs, give it 24hrs like were idiots. If you find incriminating activities tell us carry out arrests. When this money leaves the senders account you start to play dirty and I have read the complains on line. This is a criminal activity you carrying out when you pull the money from a senders account then you carry out the review/hold the money, of which the receiver can't contact you or due to the high expenses involved in contacting you thy rather no bather.

Desired outcome: WORLDREMIT SHOULD BE PENALIZED AND PEOPLE COMPENSATED

WorldRemit - Transfer of money

I have attempted to transfer a small amount of money to a recipient in Uganda in an area where people are subject to starvation and have been denied the opportunity to make this donation.

As a philanthropist I have a stellar reputation and credit rating. The fact that I can't receive an explanation for this, and thus no opportunity to resolve the problem is very frustrating.

Desired outcome: Resolve problem above
