Burger King - Customer service

Went there to pick up food me and my husband went thru drive thru and when checked food realized they forgot my sandwich so the guy at they drive thru decided to put his ungloved hairy arm all the way in my bag next to my fries so then I decided to go in to ask for new fries and was told no and was verbally attacked by an employee named Rosie L and the shift manager who was standing right next to her did and said nothing

Desired outcome: Something better be done with the driver thru guy , Rosie L and the manager because if I get sick I’m sueing for wages lost hospital bills and my refund for food

Burger King - Store number 17147

On Monday, February 13th 2023 at 9 am I went through the drive thru at 2101 South Timberline Road in Fort Collins, Colorado. The following occurred.

1. My order was taken for a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich, and a croissant breakfast with sausage and bacon.
2. When asked for drink preference, I chose orange juice.
3. A man with a very surly attitude collected my money.
4. I waited 5 minutes
5. The man handed me a bag and he squeezed part of it with his finger.
6. He did not give me the orange juice so I waited another 3 minutes until I could get his attention.
7. I eventually got his attention, and I asked him for the juice, which he handed to me with a nasty, mean look.
8. When I got home, I looked at the biscuit sandwich. It had a large print on it and was crushed. In addition, the center was raw.
9. I returned it to the store, where the teller told me not to be rude. I was not rude, I was hurt. I told them I would not feed this to my dog, and I asked for my money back. My money was returned.

Desired outcome: I believe that I was treated disrespectfully and given tampered food because my skin is dark. No one should ever have to feel the way that I felt after visiting your establishment. Sensitivity training should be done at this site.

I hurt my own grandmother because of them I broke her ribs in anger. My dad told her to press charges so I lied and said he did things to me in the shower. No one believd me.
