The guy working there is charging us more than what our rate we booked our room for and we have been staying at extended stay for about 3 months now and at first the rates were staying about the same but soon they increased and we seemed to be paying more and more and they have charged us pet deposit fees that shouldn't have been charged in the first place. I have my wife and my 70 year old father in law who has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and has to get surgery on his knee soon and he is having to walk up and down the stairs and they have been saying that they will move us to a lower floor to accommodate us but they have yet to do so. Also a few days ago this employee tried to enter into our room without knocking luckily for my wife who had just gotten out of the shower and was getting dressed she had remembered to engage the lock mechanism on the door she then tried to open the door to see who it was and when she did the guy was turning the corner to go down the stairs so she didn't have the chance to inquire as to why this guy came by and tried to just walk right right in. The same guy is the one responsible for charging us added rates and trying to come in our room unannounced. There is also a lady here that has been trying not to give us towels and toilet paper. We have had to buy our own toilet paper.
We were treated so awful, it were incredibly bad, it cause anxiety, and hurt, and rushing to find another hotels this is the worst I ever had to experienced your office in glendale, colorado 80246 need to re train staff members they were wrong nite shift and morning should be held accountable for the pain we endure I am still upset and to think that this couldn't get any worse we lost our home and can barely afford to make ends meet especially with the pandemic going on I live in fear that my wife and her father especially catch the corona virus he has a extremely high chance with him being 70 and having stage 4 lung cancer. I work everyday but I want to ensure my family's safety and health first and foremost I have had to miss due to the inconvenience that they have caused my family and I and would like to receive an apology as well as make this situation made aware of for future residents and tenants. We would like to receive lower rates like it states online and be accommodated where we are entitled to.
Desired outcome: I just want to make aware of the situation and be accommodated for my family's added stress and hardship. Compensation for them double charging us and possibly room discounts as well as free nights.
