I went to Mc Donalds yesterday (inside visit) 1/9/2020 at about 8am. I purchased a sausage mc muffin with egg, a mc muffin and a hash brown.
I went back to my job to eat my breakfast and realized that I got a sausage biscuit. I was disappointed and called the location to get a refund/replacement on my next visit. I did not receive a receipt so the manager told me I could get a free meal on my next visit (I called within 10 minutes of leaving establishment a receipt could have been found). The manager reassured me my name would be put in the book for a free future meal. Well today 1/10/2019 I was still hungry for the sausage egg and chees mc muffin. I walked up to cashier and informed her that I was in the book for a free meal and she did not know what I was talking about. The manager (Karrie) came over and stated that I only ordered one sandwich previous day according to her employee. She forgot to put my name in the book. What a way to make a customer feel. I received my bag and walked to my car. I decided to check the sandwich to make sure it was correct and sure enough it was wrong again. I went inside and informed the manager. They fixed my sandwich and another one of the two managers handed me my bag. I said thank you, I didn't get a you welcome nor an apology. They treated me as I was a problem. I have previously observed the two managers and it seems more like a hangout than a work establishment. I have a bank statement with what I spent It came to $7 and change. This store is in need of customer service training and accuracy on orders!
