I went to order a 6 pieces happy meal for my kids and they said they doesn’t have it.
They are super rude and mean the woman Jessica and the whole stuff were mean.
I had to complaint about the situation even the manager (she said she’s the store manager) was meant. I told them that I don’t care if the prices changes or how work their own company the client doesn’t need to know what’s going on.
The client needs to get what they are asking.
I caused a problem in the line too because they worked are very rude to answer and fighting over the client.
I said that’s not okay how they treat and I want to company and the workers behind been telling “still she’s fighting” like am I crazy?
They should be better taking care of clients.
Horrible costumer services horrible people.
Worse Mc Donald’s even they didn’t want to provide the corporate number.

McDonald's - The a.m. manager
I go to this McDonald's almost daily to get breakfast the staff there is great the male a.m. morning manager is a great efficient well mannered and customer driven Man as well as the taller female with the long hair and the rest of the staff as well but there's one manager the shorter female who works there that it seems every time she works there's issues... The store is never opened inside on time, and today which is a Tuesday and not a holiday I went there about 6:15 a.m.which I normally do and was told the store don't open till 7:00 a.m. when I asked with oh why is something wrong she pretty seated to tell me like I've never been there before no it's everyday that we open at 7:00 now she served me food before and to be quite honest with you her attitude sucks, I seen or talk to customers about complaints and missing items or just handing them their food and she is very rude and she acts like she's doing somebody a favor by working there... She proceeds to speak to the customers like they have no business or say in the food they are paying for and consuming, I understand that that can't be an easy job and I do my best to make it easier when I go in there I don't want to anger the people making my meal but if you're unhappy with your job then find another one if things are going on in your life that have you stressed out then you need to learn some coping mechanisms so you don't bring it to work with you and take it out on the customers who are paying they're hard-earned money to try to get something to eat or a cup of coffee first thing in the morning I can almost guarantee without ever reading a review or anything that the majority of issues in the morning either pertain to her or happen on the days that she's there because the other two managers are absolutely great
Desired outcome: I don't know what could or should be done with her maybe send her somewhere to be trained in customer service because to be quite honest with you she has no clue what the words customer service mean
