Pure Nutrients - cannot cancel order

I tried the product and when I wanted to cancel the order, I called the above number and was on the phone for approximately 45 min waiting for someone to answer. Then an animated voice told me to go to the website. The voice said the above web address first and then said it was "[protected]@purenutrientsproducts.com. Either way, there is no way to cancel an order that will bill me monthly unless I cancel, which, of course, is what I want to do.

I just found out about the charge today and I am totally peeved. Not only am I going to spend hours on the phone tonight with my bank having them stop the payment but my sister was on the phone with them at the same time...they couldn't find their supervisor she said...They are a scam and I plan on suing them for all the false advertisement...I even took pictures for proof.

I totally agree. I have never ordered a "FREE" trial before either, but will never do it again. They're all scams! These people are crooks - "dirtbags", as TL stated. I rec'd my "sample" and just saw a charge of $89.00 on my credit card. When I called to cancel, I got the run-around about how they couldn't credit the $89.00 because I didn't cancel within the "trial" period. What trial period? Talk about false advertising...it is totally misleading. Total Rip Off! I've learned a valuable leason...if it sounds too good to be true, then it IS too good to be true.

I had the same issue just happen to me. However, my husband suggested cancelling the card on which the charges happened. It would ensure no other charges would happen. An inconvenience, to us yes, yet this will ensure not future charges occur. Since, you can cancel the darn thing..
It's the only way. Plus dispute the charges with the bank.

I agree with the complaint. I did not read the fine print and you deducted the 89.00 from my account. I do not want your product anymore but can't cancel. What are you suppose to do? I have two attorneys in my family and will be sueing.

Pure Nutrients - nature cleanse refund

Ordered free 14 day trial of nature cleanse. Did not do any thing. Said to cancell within 14 days of order date.
Invoice said order date was 5-13-09. Cancelled on 5-27-09 and was still billed 88.00. Called and they told me that it was a miss print on the invoice. I want my money back now!

I ordered from a similar on-line ad that did not state anything about sending more product and being billed monthly $88.00. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Florida and just kept complaining until they gave me my money back. Good luck and I wish that there was a way to put a stop to their kind of scam!

Just a pure scam. I too got caught up in this. On the website I used to order the "free" trial product there was nothing saying that there was a required cancellation date on my part to not get billed the $88 for this absolutely worthless product. I got a call about 7 days after placing the internet order and the operator was trying to get all kinds of personal info and have me order extra product. I told him to cancel my whole order right then and there, but of course the company ignores that.

Go to the website for Better Business Bureau of Florida and do a formal complaint. That is the only way I got my money refunded. This has happened to so many unsuspecting buyers and it needs to stop! I have written several letters aboout this company and more people need to complain. Let's put a stop to their deception!

I ordered my 14day $5.95 trial bottle and received it 2 weeks after I placed the order. I was charged $88.00 for the bottle because I failed to call and cancel within my 14 day trial period. I also received a second bottle a week after receiving the first bottle, another $93.95. when I call I was told I had 14days to cancel my order and I was well over that time period. when I asked about the second bottle I was told I was over my 12day trial period. I was also told it usually takes 2-3 weeks to start seeing results. how was I suppose to start seeing results in 2-3 weeks and cancel after that time 14 days if it took took weeks for the bottle to get here. the second bottles invoice says I have 12days to cancel my order with the first 5 being the delivery time. not only have I not seen any results but I have a 2 months supply that started out as a $5.95 trial period and ended up costing me $187.90. when I called to cancel my order I was offered to stay on as a customer and receive a 3rd bottle for a discount price. I would not recommend anyone to get involved with this product.

I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to cancel my subscription and they finally said to contact a website and it would be cancelled within 48 hours. I went to the web page it said and there was nothing there. I'm hoping this is the correct web page and I can get it cancelled. The product made not difference in my life.

I ordered to day through the website before I saw all these comments. Well, I DID read the terms and conditions and was ok with them. I ordered using my Paypal credit card because it is secure and I can get my money back if needs be. I was *not* happy when someone called me 3 times at home to try and explain that my charge didn't go through and I could get the product for 1/2 the shipping price that was originally charged to me. We kept getting disconnected but the last thing I asked was what carrier they use for shipping. At that point, my phone conversation ended. I don't know if it was the phone service or them. I'll see if I get what I ordered. No one should have had to call me. Next person that calls, I will tell them to just cancel it and send me a verification email on that cancellation.

some guy who cleans his colon,

Apparantly you are in some position to help, so I'm asking you to help me. I attempted to order nature cleanse on 6/2/09. At that time an error message came up on my screen stating a server time out. The next day, a gentleman from nature cleanse called me at home and told me my order was incomplete due to technical problems, and he wanted to complete the order. During that phone conversation I specifically told him 3 times that I didn't want to complete the order. I know he understood me because he asked me why I didn't wish to complete the order. I told him why. Then on June the 8th I was shipped the product anyway, and charged shipping. Since I had not ordered the product, I marked it return to sender and sent it back. On June 19th I was charged $88.00 for this product. Phone calls to the number listed have not gotten me anywhere. The woman I spoke to cancelled my order, and confirmed that the product had been shipped back, but could not refund my money. She could not give me a phone number to call someone who could refund, just an e-mail address to send a claim to. I have received no answer to my e-mails. I never ordered this product and yet was charged and am being told I can't get a refund.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Janelle Duncan

I was also taken by these people, I tried calling on the 19th (10th day) & was kept on hold then disconnected several times. I tried again on the 20th but as a weekend they were closed. I talked to someone on the 22 and they informed me basically to bad but it's to late, then offered me a discount of $30 to stay with it. I said I didn't want it and wanted to speak to someone about a credit according to them there is no supervisor to talk to and they don't know who owns it, they said to e-mail a complaint to claims@purenutrientsproducts.com. I called back on 6-23 after trying to e-mail my complaint and it came back to me, I then put purenutrients.com in the computer & ireceived a message that said this name is being used frauduently & the person that actually owns it said he has been getting e-mails wanting refunds and he has nothing to do with it. they also claim they put on my statement that they are closed weekends when infact I have it right in front of me and it does not say that at all. it says to call within the 14 days period. these people are very rude, do nothing to help and pretend not to know anything about the company when you ask them for peoples names. stupidly I agreed to this product for the $5.95 shipping & handling as they said it worked with acai advanced. I also believed it because they talked about these products on gma & the oprah show. I will say that the people at acai were very nice and cancelled my order with them when I told them I saw no change but this company is a total scam. I also told them I would go to the bbb and they told me I could go ahead to anyone in the world but it wouldn't matter I was paying the $88 and that was it. that was told my the two women I talked with today. this is the posting when I tried to pull up pure nutrients:

Be very careful with this company, I have had three posts to my account from three different names. I have had to dispute all of these, make phone calls and do alot of paper work but so far it has paid off. it took a lot of complaints and writing to the better business bureau of florida and conneticut, then I finally got my refund for $88.00. I purchased acai berry at the same time and they had the same scam going but I caught that one just in time to cancel. about a month later a charge of $29.95 showed up on my account, I called that same day to find out that supposedly I had signed up for some diet counciling service at the same time I purchased the natures cleanse. it took alot of determination but I finally got a refund on that too. something should be done about companies like these that scam people out of their hard earned money! everyone who delt with this needs to really watch their accounts for more charges, they are very deceitfull. buyers beware!

Pure Nutrients - nature cleanse

I am Julia Oswald 1421 Roper Mtn Rd #357 Greenville, SC [protected]. e-mail is [protected]@hotmail.com.
I ordered Nature Cleanse for 14 day trial. Ordered on 5/11/09 and received it on 5/16/09. I was billed on 5/27/09 which gave me only 11 days before being charged $88.00 on top of $5.95 for shipping.
I called to cancel the program and was on hold 15 to 20 minutes each of three times before a
representative gave me a claims department website which does not give anyway to file a refund request or a complaint. The rep said she would file a claim but that I should also file a claim, and when I asked for refund approval number she gave me 'JM4675569' .
She would not say I would get a refund only repeated filing a complaint.
If you can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Julia Oswald

I was of the understanding that I had a free trial of a weight loss product and was to pay 'Only" the shipping costs. I was then billed $88.00 on my credit card without my approval. And later received phone calls wanting me to renew and I refused.

Today I received any package after the phone call which I did not order.

I am returning it as marked ' refused and cancelled'. I feel this was a very deceitful scam.

Natures Cleanse, by Pure Nutrients is a total scam and rip off. I saw a few months ago these products being sold on SOCIALSTEALS.com. I started to investigate, and months later I found out who was behind this scam. The name of the company is Intermark Media, now IMM Interactive ( www.imminteractive.com). The president of this company is Mike Krongel, who ran this scam, using his affiliate network to dupe consumers to buying his product, who I found out is now being sued by the FTC, for false advertising and promoting these scam products: http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/1023232/index.shtm . The number to the company is: [protected]. They were behind Pure Nutrients, as well as many other scam products such as Eternal ResV, which I also saw them selling on Socialsteals.com. Report them to the BBB, FTC, and your Attorney General, and stop them from doing this ever again. The FTC is already taking them down, but I’m sure our complaints can only help their case. Pure Nutrients SCAM! Intermark Media SCAM ! IMM Interactive SCAM ! Social Steals / Socialsteals.com SCAM !

Add another person to the extended list these people have ripped off or tried to rip off. The only difference is I got my money back! We got a bill from them for $93.95, for something that was supposable free. They made a fatal mistake in their billing and put it was for “Shipping and Handling”.

When I called I talked to a very arrogant lady name “Ty”, who was unhelpful, rude and insisted she was a supervisor. I explained the problem to her and she told me basically I was out of luck and should have read the disclosure statement and that this has been taken to court and the outcome was in their favor. I told her several times that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and I wanted a number and address to the Corporate Office. She refused each time.

Finally I got mad, demanded to speak to a supervisor, and added that I would be contacting the Attorney General’s Office’s for New York, North Carolina, Connecticut and Florida.

Within a couple of minutes I spoke to Debbie who said she was the supervisor. She started out like Ty, and tried to tell me there is NO Corporate Office and that she was in charge. Having a background with investigations and dealing with people like this, I knew she was full of something that her own product would have a hard time deposing of! She tried several times to convince me there is no other office other then the one in New York, and insisted she was the top of the food chain. She changed her tone when I told her whom I planned to write and a full description of what was going on. I also referred to this web sight and a couple of others that I looked at. Shortly into the conversation with Debbie I insisted on a full refund and for them to stop any type of membership they may have tacked onto my credit card. She agreed and acted as if she was doing me a favor. I got a confirmation number from her and she ensured me I would have a full refund within two to five days and I actually got an email confirmation about the refund.

Folks, this is a fly by night outfit that could care less about your heath, but they do have a sincere interest in your bank account! They are NOT a members of the Better Business Bureau and have an “F” rating, and according to the Better Business Bureau their “drugs” are untested. Do you really want to put that stuff in your body?

Hopefully the below information will help you out. I think your best bet would be to write to the Attorney General’s Office of each state I’ve listed along with a nice letter to the Better Business Bureau, but remember they are NOT member’s of the BBB, so they have little influence with them.

I too was sucked in by this disreputable company. Thirty days free supply but they charge you after fourteen days and the fourteen days start the day you order. Some free trial period! No mention of this in their internet ad. Fortunately I read the fine print when they sent the product and I got a little suspicious so I decided to cancel via the phone number they provided. Lots a luck! I called five times over a four hour period and all I got was music, no one ever answered the phone. I held for 3o minutes, twice for 20 minutes and twice for 10 minutes. By that time I was feeling pretty angry and stupid for being sucked in. I googled "complaints against Pure Nutrients inc." and found this site. (Shoulda done that in the first place) Based on what I read on the site I didn't feel very comfortable in thinking I could get this resolved before they charged me for my "free 30 day supply" so I made a pre-emptive strike. I called my bank and their recommendation was to cancel my card and they would issue me a new one with a new number. So, when Pure Nutrients tries to bill me it will be rejected. My only inconvienence is I will be without that credit card for 5 to 7 days.

I just called and got mine canceled, said my dr didn't approve and they made an exception even though I was past my 14 days. When I called, I also called this # [protected] and pushed #3 as if I wanted to order more of the product because that got someone on the line very quickly... of course I figured this out after 4 different days of not being able to get through.
