Victoria's Secret - Worst customer service and horrible practice

So, this was my 2nd time at the Victoria's Secret store in the Aventura, FL . The 1st time was last month for my birthday my sister gave me gift card.

I realized that every time I asked for assistance, my questions were not answered instead sales reps were making sure I knew of their promotion. Even though they were clearly marked all over the store.

I just kinds dismissed it due to the fact that the reps seems to have thick Spanish accent, so I thought maybe they didn't understand English.

But this time, it wanted to get a few items for valentines day.. I could not find the right size in the draw where the items should be, so I asked a representative to help me find the size and she point to the promotion they were running to let me know what i'm looking for was not part of the promotion, okay! But where can I find the damn size? So, she failed to show me where they keep them. Huh, that's kind of odd.

Any way not I saw a cut top that I wanted and was looking for bottoms to go with it. So I asked a different rep, I clearly said " can you please tell me if there are short that will go with this top?" She quickly said to me that the top that I was holding on to was NOT part of the promotion, so I then lol. I honestly could not believe that I was having a "De Ja Vue". Different rep, different question but I got the exact same answer. So, now I'm thinking, do they NOT speak or understand English and the ONLY thing they know to say is this is NOT part of the promotion? So I asked to speak to a manager. A young lady came over, I explained to her exactly what just happened to and I don't know what to think of it and if she could shed some light into the matter. I got a smile and she did say oh, I'm sorry you feel that way once again I did not but laugh my butt off, because I don't believe she heard me right or simply didn't care. Any way. I did spend about $150. However I chose to NEVER go to that store ever again even though it's very close to where I live. Hopefully, if I ever find myself in another Victoria's Secret store, I hope and pray that the service is better and the employees speaks and understand English so that they answer questions and assist me if needed.

Desired outcome: Listened to the questions that are asked and STOP pointing to the damn promotion!
