Pinch A Penny - Poor service and communications to longtime customer

Disappointed, confused and outraged at the same time! First of all I am not one to bash company's... however this is certainly an exception. We have had Pinch a Penny of BH service our pool for probably 7-9 years... spent a lot of money over the years to include 2 pumps, salt control panel and monthly cleaning service. I've even highly recommended them when people inquired about pool service recommendations. The tech, Alex that came out each week is top notch and never missed a week!

Fast forward... our pump went out a few weeks ago, they had the pump but did not have the manpower to install it for nearly 2 wks. We were about to go on vaca so felt a little urgency to resolve b4 we left... Long story short we were referred by a friend to reach out to a gentleman who quoted me quite a bit less and installed it in 2 days pretty much.

Pinch A Penny on the other hand when I told them we got one installed, sent out a different tech to clean which was odd. Called the office because the conversation with him was just weird. The "mgr" who I spoke with was short, and was not helpful at all. Next thing I know... I get an email from the owner Jim Burkhart, basically releasing us as a customer and severing our agreement!

I emailed him back, have called 3 times since Monday and even spoke to CeCe once who was going to call me back after she researched and got more information... never called back, so I called again and still no response and can't get an answer as to why! I have never signed anything with them!

Shame on you Pinch a Penny! After all of these years and this is how you do a long what was at one time a valued customer?! Maybe actions like this are why you can't keep good help! I will never recommend your facilities services to anyone! And as for Alex... he will be missed!

Desired outcome: I would like an explanation as well as a full print out of our records, specifically of any equipment and services they provided over the years, excluding weekly pool cleaning
