Ecco

I visited the ecco shoe store in the town center mall on 1/30/21 and have never received such bad service from a sales associate. The associate was named George and he is very unprofessional and rude. I asked him for a shoe in my regular shoe size and he comes back with the same shoe in a different size saying it runs big. I tried it on anyways and told him I was not happy with it. He then became sassy with me insinuating that I am not aware of how a shoe should fit my foot. I found that to be annoying. He then told me they might have my size in a different color of the same model. I told him I was not interested and then he made a snide comment about it under his breath. This really infuriated me. I was so mad about the situation that I called the store a few minutes later to speak with him. When he answered, I told him that he was very rude and that I was going to report him. He then replied "yeah, yeah, yeah" and "your mother". The entire visit infuriated me and I will be boycotting ecco shoe stores entirely.
