On 11/12/2019 notified on line Sunbeam (Newell Brands inc.) that my Express heating pad XL quit working despite using trouble shooting tips. Case [protected]. 11/29/2019 sent photos they requested. 12/13/2019 again requested replacement. 12/17/2019 they offered a cheap blue plastic dry/heat pad, they were out of stock of my heating pad; I declined & even notified that my Xl Express heating pad was for sale on Amazon and send same Replacement NOW!
Sunbeam Products - electric lap blanket
Like previous complaints the control to my electric lap blanket blinks on the high setting and is not heating! This blanket has not been used very much. This was a gift several years ago. date of incident 1/7/16 no client number desirable resolution ~ replacement of either style A85AP control 613A or replacement of entire unit no invoice available As a senior plus it is hard for me to get around to purchase a replacement.
