Boston Market - Treatment at this location by tiara seymore

Went to the store at store # 0132 at 9929 south military trail s"53 phone number [protected] on april 18, 2023 at 6:12pm I was treated and talked to like dirt! I went on tax day for the tax day special 1.5 chicken dinner with cookie and drink the employee there name tiara seymore was the most rudest lady she had an attitude that was extremely unprofessional! She seemed like she was upset because she had to be at work! That (i'm sorry) stupid [censored] little helfa was very very rude! I tried to tell her about the tax day special and she said she didn't know anything about it it's been coming on tv all week long I asked to speak to a manager she said very rude that's who I am trying to call! I had no idea she was even talking to a manager! Then she tells me that the manager said it must have been canceled! It says no coupon needed! She needs to be fired for the way she talk to me as a customer! I left there feeling like I was less than dirt! And I really really would like to talk to someone about this experience! I will hold off a couple of days before I go onto yelp! And seek some kind of compensation from this experience! My phone number is... [protected] michael bell please please 🥺 call me a.S. A.P. Because that is false advertising to have that on tv all week and to get treated like this! And I will continue to call the 1 800 number until I reach someone!

Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE A.S.A.P. MY PHONE NUMBER IS [protected] NAME MICHAEL BELL

Boston Market - Food

I was in your Boston Market on Sunday August 8th. I received a coupon for a whole chicken ribs and four large sides. When I places my order I was told no ribs no mashed potatoes not little red potatoes. I was a little upset. They also told me that the truck wasn't going to be in until Tuesday. That is not very professional. I know we are in a epidemic but it is poor customer service not to have all these items. I go to Boston Market at least once a week and had to take things I really didn't want.

Also the service is very poor. You always wait even if there is no line
