Burger King

On 3/27/21 I went to my local Burger King #23201 in Bushnell, Fl @ 1pm. The lines were backed up but I was willing to wait because I understood lunchtime rush. However, after making my order and finally getting to the window, the card reader was having issues. The drive thru attendant's name was Randy and another employee came to assist him. She was quite rude to him right in front of me. She speaks to him as if he was a dumb child. She even told him that he didn't want to [censored]ing talk to him because she was aggravated and the store might close down. Then she walked off. I felt so bad for him. For someone to say that is awful but to say it in front of a customer had to be embarrassing.
After getting my food, I took a sip of my Spite and it didn't have any carbonation is it. My mozzarella stick came with ranch dressing, but at least they were hot because a few times I've ordered mozzarella sticks and the cheese inside was hard and yellow 🤨🧐😠. I ordered my whopper with no onions, but there were certainly onions on it. Today was a very bad experience for me in a Burger King. I felt so back about the way she spoke to home I asked Randy what was the lady's name and he said it was Rebecca. I don't know if they were short staffed or what, but speaking to a team member like that isn't the productive way to handle the situation
