On 8/15/19 I ordered lunch for a few of my co-workers and myself. I want to start by saying that I have ordered here a few times and never had an issue. The staff is very kind, friendly and the food is always ready at the time of pick up. On this day, same as always ready upon pick up and the order was correct, but as I was eating my Shrimp Alfredo I felt a SHARP POKE to the back of my throat and started spitting up the food. I assume it was a shrimp tail because what else would be sharp like that inside of pasta? I was not able to take a picture because I spit up in a trash can, anyways I came back to my desk only to have my co-worker say his chicken was burnt on all the edges, dry and just over cooked in his Carbonara. It was a huge disappointment. I was embarrassed most of all because I recommended this place. My co-worker and I did try calling to place a complaint. We wait 30 minutes on 8/5/19 and another 22minutes 8/16/19. I am hoping someone reaches out and makes this right.
