I was treated rudely and aggressively by this lady
Another customer and I were excusing each other in the aisle as there were pallets of goods in the way. I told her to go ahead as there are boxes in the way and she said it's like that a lot
The associate came out of nowhere and said well we don't have anywhere else for them to go, do you have any ideas.
I told the lady I was not criticizing her and I was actually talking to the other lady and she to me.
That's when she got really defensive and was just being very rude.
I turned around and went down the aisle and then I could hear her yelling loudly about how rude and disgusting I was to another client and shopper.
I confronted her and asked her if she had something she'd like to say to me and she said i'm talking to this lady not to you which I answered yes but you're telling her how disgusting and rude you think I am which is very offensive to me.
Or she could do with that at that moment instead of apologizing to me she said she would ask me to leave the store.
She knew that she was wrong but continue to defend her behavior.
I left the store I was very upset with how this lady treated me.
Here's the best part I was in there buying food for the local food bank.
I had just put 10 cans of chicken in my basket and was looking for other items that would be appropriate.
I would like you to reprimand this lady and tell her that she has no right to speak to people like that especially people that are in there trying to do good for other people.
I ended up going to walmart and target and finishing my grocery shopping for the food bank.
I think that this associate needs to understand is we're all trying to do the best we can and not to get defensive and loud and aggressive is not the best way to treat customers.
Covid-19 has hit a lot of retail places very hard I don't know if I was an associate one of these places I would be grateful for people coming in and spending their money in our establishment.
