Sonny's BBQ - Horrible service!

I’ve been calling this store since 8:05! Keep in mind they don’t close until 9. No answer. This has happened on several occasions. You can’t place an order online, it gives you a code stating that they’re closed. Change your business hours online if you only wish to operate when it’s convenient for staff. Two times I’ve ordered in the past month, they won’t call to inform that they’re out of something. They’ll simply walk to the car with your food, stating they didn’t have half of your order so they decided to give you what they had. The purpose for me leaving contact information when ordering is so that you all could call me to ask what I may like to have. Especially when I’m spending over $60 on a family meal.
